How much does it cost me to have a Personal Real Estate Advisor that will represent my interests throughout the entire transaction?
As a Home Buyer, you need someone on your side to answer your questions, and provide you with sound advice when making important financial decisions in a real estate transaction... and you need someone with the expertise to help you negotiate the purchase. Remember this is one of the most important transactions you will make in a lifetime!
There is no cost or fee for you to have a Best Choice Agent represent you as your personal Buyer’s Agent. Generally, the Seller’s agent will compensate the Buyer’s Agent with a portion of the fee they receive from the Seller for marketing their home. As your personal Buyer Agent, we can then help you negotiate the best price and terms and most importantly point out the positive and negatives aspects of each property.
Some Buyer's Agents with other firms may charge an upfront fee and other fees and require that you sign a contract to represent you as their Buyer. At Best Choice, we do not charge Buyers a fee. Also, we do not require a written Buyers Agency Representation Contract. We are confident that you will pleased with our services and allow one of our Best Agents to assist you with negotiating the transaction throughout the process.
REMEMBER... When Buying a home, we will not try to sell you a home… But, we will help you find and buy a home that appeals to your desires. We will devote all the time necessary to help you buy the perfect home, provided we have a mutual understanding that eventually when you buy a home, we will represent you in the transaction as the Buyer’s Agent. We do this in anticipation of earning compensation for our efforts and the Seller’s agency pay us a portion of fee they earn from the Seller. Our job function will be to assist you throughout the process as your Buyer’s agent. You will have our undivided loyalty as your agent. Our mutually rewarding business relationship will be a bond of trust with an old fashion handshake that we will eventually do business as your trusted advisor.

Tips for shopping for a home
Usually you will want to plan on 45 minutes for each showing allowing about 30 minutes to view the home and 15 minutes to travel to the next location. I am also available anytime during the week or weekday evenings by appointment. Home sellers that are occupying homes generally require 24 hour notice to show.
I encourage you to go to open houses so you can see the surrounding neighborhood. When viewing open houses you can tell the agent on duty that you are working with a buyer’s agent. If you like the home you can let me know and we can go back a view it. I can then provide feedback to you and help you do some research on the home to determine what can be offered.
As your Buyer’s Agent, I can then help you negotiate the price and terms and point out the positive and negatives aspects of each property.
